OAMC Recipes

Though there are a number of ways to organize recipes, I find that when I am making out my OAMC menu, I try to get a few burgers, and a few wraps, a few casseroles, etc.  So I organized the recipes by TYPE of food.  Hopefully the titles are informative enough that if you were searching for Mexican food, you could find what you were looking for.  I've marked vegetarian recipes.

Burgers:

Flash freeze them on a cookie sheet and then put them in a gallon ziploc.
Meatballs:
Just remember, meatball recipes can also be used to make burgers!

Wraps/Burritos:
Wrap in foil...reheat from frozen:  1:30 on 50% power then flip the wrap and do the same on the other side.
In other words, you make the sauce and you freeze raw meat in the sauce.  You will still need to cook these once they are thawed.  Typically, if a recipe calls for whole fish filets or whole chicken breasts, I will freeze them raw, even if the recipe says otherwise.

Lasagnas:
We make 2-person lasagna portions in small rectangular containers, though if the lasagna is firm, you could easily create one person-portions and wrap them in foil.
Sauces:
You could put these over pastas, meats, burgers...whatever you like!
